Project site is 1 km from Qinghai Lake “151” scenic spot with good reception conditions. Construction Conditions Project site is planneded in Jiangxigou village, Gonghe County, Hainan Prefecture, the southern bank of Qinghai Lake. It is 150 km from Xining City, and 94 km from Qiabuqia Town, Hainan Prefecture. National 102 Highway passes through here.
