Brief Introduction Project sponsor is Qinghai Linmin Chemical Co Ltd. It aims to produce 10,000 t/y hydrazine product by using existing free land and facilities and adopting Hydrogen Oxide method. Hydrazine specification is 80% and product designed plan is China Industrial standard (HG≥T3259-1990). Its raw material is hydrogen peroxide (≥70%) and liquid nitrogen (≥99.5%). Annual demand for hydrogen peroxide is 9000 ton and it can get from Qinghai Linming Chemical Plant. Annual demand for liquefied ammonia is 8000 ton and it can be purchased.

Usage of product It is a kind of chemical raw material and also a strong reduction agent. It can be used in pesticide and as raw material of rocket fuel and explosive.
Market of Products Now its production capacity is about 100,000 ton and demand for it is 30,000 ton and increasing rate is over 10%. Now the shortage is large and market is huge.
Construction Conditions Project site is located in Datong County, 30 km from Xining to the south and 6 km from Datong County to the north. A 3.9 km long specialized railway line is available. Road net in the project site is sound. Transport is convenient.
Water, electricity, gas and coal can meet the requirements.
Project Progress It has been listed into Qinghai key Industrial Construction Project and feasibility study report has passed evaluation.
